Marketing Your Home

In preperation for putting your home on the market we will cover the cost of our stager to come to your home and give you suggestions to help your home show as best as possible to appeal to all potential buyers.  

When your home is ready to go on the market we will send one of our professional photographers.  They will use their equipment and expertise to get the best possible photos of your home to help with online and print marketing.  Depending on the specifics of your home we may also have them complete drone photography, floor plans, and/or a virtual tour of the inside of the home.

Once you review and approve your homes photos and information our Listing Manager will post it on the Multiple Listing Service which updates a daily catalog of homes for sale through its member brokers and an online computer network, available to its members, with photos and descriptions of all listed properties. Our Listing Manager specializes in choosing the correct photos and descriptive elements of your home to ensure that you have the best possible representation on the MLS.

All of our property listings are online under Featured Listings on our website as well as on all local websites that subscribe to the Multiple Listing Service. Research from the National Association of Realtors indicates that more than 80% of home buyers now begin the buying process online. Our website includes the most advanced tools available, including Active Maps and automatic email notifications, to give buyers the most reason to keep coming back.

Immediately our distinctive "For Sale" sign is placed on your property. The phone number on the sign connects any potential buyer immediately with our Inside Sales Representative who is available to answer any questions they have about your property and connect the buyer with an time to view your home if it is a good fit for them.
