Jessica joined the Jim Black Group in 2019 as the team’s Customer Success Manager. Before her debut into real estate, Jessica worked in a variety of different fields including customer service, non-profit operations, and marketing and recruiting. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business from Framingham State University and then went on to earn her MBA from Assumption College. Jessica lives in Sturbridge, MA with her husband, her son, and her daughter. Her favorite thing about her transition to a career in real estate is being able to hear so many stories from so many different people. She loves stories about the home they grew up in, the first home they ever bought, the memories they have created in their home, their dream home, and so much more! Jessica loves having a part in helping families create new stories and new memories.
